About Claire
After a decade of coaching thousands of women to get raises, promotions, and dream jobs, Claire Wasserman discovered something that haunted her: every single woman battled the same invisible enemy—the false stories she told herself about what she deserved. Despite all the tactical career advice, something deeper needed healing.
Then life delivered its own curriculum. A divorce, a lawsuit from men's rights activists, a pandemic that destroyed her business, her newborn's rare disease diagnosis—each crisis forced Claire deeper into understanding how our nervous systems trap us in patterns of self-doubt. Through these breakdowns came breakthroughs: she learned to rewire her brain from self-punishment to self-compassion.
Claire's approach bridges the gap that most methods miss—combining somatic practices, neuroscience, and what she calls "practical woo." "I've tried so many things before. How is this different?"
Most approaches try to fix your thoughts with more thoughts. This program works through your body, where these patterns actually live. Plus, you're not doing it alone with an app - you have daily accountability, live coaching, and 17 others on the exact same journey. The combination of somatic practice + community support + daily structure creates change that actually sticks.
“What time is the weekly group coaching calls?”
After registration closes, everyone will vote on their preferred day/time and majority wins. Everything will be recorded and Claire is available by WhatsApp in between calls.
“What is the time commitment"?”
Approximately 10 minutes a day of solo practice (with Claire’s email guidance), plus a weekly 90-minute group call. The latest neuroscience shows that consistent micro-practices are more effective than occasional long sessions. Ten minutes daily for 30 days rewires neural pathways. Plus, you're integrating the awareness throughout your day, and the weekly calls go deeper. It's designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it.
"What if I miss a day or fall behind?"
Life happens. Every daily practice stands alone, so you can jump back in wherever you are. You'll have lifetime access to all recordings, and the WhatsApp group means you can get support catching up. This isn't about perfection - it's about practice. Even doing 20 out of 30 days will create significant shifts. Plus all the calls are recorded (and include recaps!) if you can’t make it live.
"I'm introverted/private. Do I have to share in the group?"
You can participate at whatever level feels comfortable. Many people start by just reading others' shares and find themselves naturally opening up as trust builds. The group calls have optional sharing, and you can always submit questions anonymously. The WhatsApp group lets you engage when and how you want.
“Do you offer discounts or scholarships?”
