In this session, we'll tap into your inner most desires, that tiny voice inside you that holds the wisdom to what makes you come alive.

We'll go over various practices to create space for your intuition to emerge, how to listen for it, and what it's telling you.

Values are a filter we can use to determine if a certain opportunity or direction is right for us. But rather than thinking about them abstractly, we'll identify how you're already living your values, and ways you can increase them. We'll explore the place you want work to have in your life and the kinds of sacrifices you are - and are not - willing to make.

We'll also brainstorm a signals to look for when you start to research companies and roles, to ensure you stay aligned.

During this session, we'll do a deep dive into your past to excavate your strengths, skills, and zone(s) of genius. Based on what we find, we'll identify key details that enabled you to thrive, using these as clues to help you illuminate potential paths forward.

We'll also create a plan to integrate these various strengths into your lives now so you can continue to clarify for yourself who you are at your best.

Follow our system on how to create a database of relevant people and companies, starting with who you are already connected with.

Identify targets on your database and use our template to reach out to them for informational interviews. We'll guide you through what to ask them to elicit helpful information AND get them excited to advocate for you.

This is when a lot of people give up on their career dreams. But you won't.

We'll walk you through making a roadmap from where you are today to where you want to be, identify all the steps along the way to expedite the transition.

This includes determining any gaps (skills, experience, etc) you may have, and how you will fill them now, rather than waiting and hoping someone gives you an opportunity to prove yourself.
