What our sessions will cover:

Our kick-off session is a deep dive into where you're at, where you want to go, and anything in your way of getting there.
Before we start putting together our case, we need to know what we're building towards. What does "leveling up" look and feel like for you? What do you need to demonstrate that you're ready for it?
Based on this discovery session, Claire will be able to customize the rest of the program to your needs. We'll also cover best practices for time and energy management, to ensure that you get the most out of this experience.

I'll walk you through ways to identify your best wins plus how to articulate it in business terms. Which means you need to know how your work impacted the bottom line, quantified as best you can.
That might mean getting creative. I'll show you how to demonstrate your contribution to the financial ecosystem, including who you may need to reach out to for that information.

I'll show you how to put together a board of advisors: who should go on it, and how to get them excited to advocate for you. In other words, internal and external networking. Don't worry, being strategic is not mutually exclusive with being authentic - at least the way we do it.

The more research you do on your paycheck, the more confident you'll be. The problem is, HR has access to data you don't (sorry, Glassdoor doesn't count!)
I'll show you where to get your numbers plus a framework to use that ensures you don't leave money on the table.

How you say something > what you say. We'll go over the principles behind embodied confidence and active listening so you can present your case in the most compelling way possible, with the least amount of anxiety.
